It all started in the Greek kitchen of Taki and Amanda Manolelis who moved from Greece to Zimbabwe and later Johannesburg in 1990. With a passion for food and growing their own fruit and vegetables Taki and Amanda struggled to get their garden thriving due to all the hail in the region.
